5. Payments and Credits
Reports are purchased via Stripe Checkout. Users may also purchase "Dossier Credits" for future use. Institutional plans are billed on a recurring basis.
6. Refunds
Reports are non-refundable once generated. Please refer to our Refund Policy for technical failure claims.
7. Data Sources and Limitations
We use public government data. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Users must verify local conditions before significant commitments.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not scrape data in bulk, reverse engineer methodology, or use the platform for unlawful discrimination.
9. Intellectual Property
Place Signal retains all rights to its software and methodology. You receive a license to use generated reports for internal decisions.
