Refund requests are reviewed case by case within the 7-day limited review window. Please include the charge date, the account email, and the order or payment identifier if available.
What to include
- Duplicate charge or accidental purchase details
- Technical access failure details
- Report generation error details
- Any relevant screenshots or order receipts
